Hot-Cold Coffee Enjoyment
The special model NIVO 8’107 delivers even more ways to enjoy coffee right to your kitchen. With the Chilled Brew function, espresso, coffee and caffè americano can be made at a cool temperature. This new brewing process releases special aromas from each coffee bean, which ensures a more complex flavor. The inspiration for this brewing process comes from cold brew, a kind of coffee that is brewed cold or at room temperature. However, using the traditional cold brew apparatus, this takes up to twelve hours. Who has that kind of time? That’s why the NIVO 8’107 takes a slightly different approach to the brewing process. And still serves up a rich coffee experience.

Thanks to the new harmonic aroma profile, these two models brew the coffee in such a way that you always get a balanced taste no matter which coffee bean you use. Moreover, it also comes with plenty of NIVONA aroma technology features. For great-tasting coffee just the way you love it.
