Fast connection
The router features 802.11ac Wave2 WiFi, which allows for data transfer speeds of up to 1300 Mbps on the 5 GHz frequency band and 600 Mbps on the 2.4 GHz band. WiFi operating on the 5 GHz frequency band offers a wider bandwidth, resulting in faster speeds, but has a shorter coverage distance compared to WiFi operating on the 2.4 GHz band. WiFi operating on the 2.4 GHz band allows for greater coverage distance, but data transfer speeds are lower because the bandwidth is narrower.
3x3 MIMO technology
3x3 MIMO technology (Multiple-Input Multiple-Output) is a wireless network technology that enables the simultaneous transmission and reception of multiple data streams through different antennas. On this router, 3x3 MIMO means that there are three transmit and three receive antennas, allowing the device to transmit and receive up to three data streams simultaneously.
Extended Wi-Fi coverage
Extended Wi-Fi coverage means that the router's signal reaches farther and/or passes through obstacles better, ensuring better connectivity and coverage distance. This can be achieved through various technologies, such as using more powerful antennas, signal amplification, or using a network extender or smart coverage management.
MU-MIMO
MU-MIMO (Multi-User Multiple Input Multiple Output) is a wireless network technology that allows multiple devices to be served simultaneously by transmitting data through different antennas. This improves network performance, provides greater stability, and reduces latency, allowing for simultaneous use of higher bandwidth services.
Personalized management
Personalized management is a router feature that allows users to control their network according to their needs and preferences. This feature includes various options such as parental controls, where certain content access can be restricted for children, setting a schedule, and limiting the use of certain devices. It also allows users to create a guest network, where access to the main network can be restricted for guests, but still provide them with sufficient internet connectivity. Additionally, this feature allows for access control, where access to specific devices and applications can be set up to ensure privacy and security. This feature can be managed either through a dedicated app or web browser.
