Efficient Dry
Unloading dishes that are insufficiently dry or too hot is annoying. With Efficient Dry, the door of your dishwasher opens automatically. This practical solution enhances the drying process, prevents condensation and cools down the dishes gently. This improves the drying results as well as it saves energy and effort.
Tested Hygiene Quality
Viruses such as corona and influenza are effectively eliminated in Eco 50°C, tested by the Institute for Integrative Hygiene and Virology (Level 1 Hygiene label). Significant higher levels of hygiene can be reached with higher temperature programmes, being effective against more resilient viruses, including enveloped and non-enveloped viruses. This was confirmed for Intensive 70°C and Machine Care maintenance cycle (Level 3 Hygiene label).
Max Flex baskets
The proper loading of all your different dishes can be challenging. The Max Flex baskets make it as easy as it gets with a more stable lower basket and flip tines to easily place large items. Further, newly designed glass shelves, anti sliding strips and cup shelves prevent your load from sliding. For smaller kitchens items the Extra Space 3rd basket or a cutlery drawer at the top are available. Max Flex baskets opens up for stable loading and flexibilty for all your dishes.
VarioDrawer
Sometimes you can’t fit everything you want into your dishwasher because of its inflexible setup. The VarioDrawer is an extra level at the top of Activewater dishwashers, which solves this problem. It is the ideal place for cutlery and smaller kitchen utensils like ladles or whisks and can even fit espresso cups. This gives you more flexibility when loading your dishwasher and leaves more space in the bottom basket. The cutlery basket can also be replaced by the VarioDrawer in order to create capacity for up to 14 place settings in 60cm dishwashers and 10 place settings in 45cm dishwashers. As a result, your dishwasher will allow for more flexible and comfortable loading.
Rackmatic
Thanks to the triple rackmatic system, the height of the top basket can easily be adjusted by up to 5 cm. And you can do this when its fully loaded. That means even more adjustment options and thus maximum flexibility.
Silence Plus 42 dB
Nobody likes being distracted noise. So if peace and quiet are important to you, the Silence Plus 42 dB dishwasher is the answer. It's remarkably quiet, so your kitchen stays calm and tranquil.
VoiceControl
Thanks to partnering with Amazon Alexa, your dishwasher can be controlled by voice as well. Please find out, if the relevant “Home Connect” skill within the Alexa app is available for your country & language. Activate the respective skill to establish the connection between Amazon Alexa and your home appliance.
Tab Counter
Running out of dishwasher tablets is the last thing you want when you need clean dishes. The Tab Counter feature on the Home Connect app tracks your consumption and informs you via push notification when you´re down to your last five tablets according to your last purchase. Via direct link, you can conveniently reorder a new pack. Finally, a dishwasher that looks after itself.
Push Notifications
Waiting around for your dishwasher to finish can waste time and cause unnecessary stress. Especially for those with busy schedules. Home Connect puts your mind at ease and helps you be more productive with your time. If you wish, Push Notifications can be sent from your dishwasher directly to your mobile device, conveniently letting you know the current programme status of your dishwasher, as well as other useful information. Multitasking in and out of the home just got a little easier.
Programme Download
Sometimes it's just nice to be able to extend the talents of your appliance at home to fit to special moments, your personal wishes or to be kept up to date. Via the Home Connect App further programmes can be downloaded. An easy and comfortable way to get more from your dishwasher than the standard features when it came to your home.
Programme Assistant
How to know which programme to use for each load? Programme Assistant makes it easy. Simply answer a few questions in the Home Connect app about the type of your dishes, the soiling level and your personal preferences, such as energy efficiency, dryness, speed and silence and the system recommends the right programme. Now push start and look forward to perfectly-clean dishware with minimum effort.
Remote Diagnostics
It can be stressful if your home appliances don’t work the way they’re supposed to. Remote Diagnostics is here to help. Simply call the Bosch customer service and with your permission, the Bosch customer service can then remotely screen your appliance, locate the problem area and give you clear advice how to solve the problem. In the event that the problem can not be solved, a Bosch service technician can be informed and come to your home to resolve all the issues, equipped with all the necessary parts already in hand. Smart support, smart solutions.
Extra Clean Zone
Say goodbye to dried-on cereal for good: the Extra Clean Zone gets your top-rack items thoroughly clean. Three rotating water nozzles deliver extra soaking. What they don’t do: add more detergent or use higher temperatures. Simply press to activate, and leave your dishwasher to deliver perfect results.
Favourite function
Make the most out of your connected dishwasher by simplying your daily life. With the Favourite function you can simply set up your most used programs and options as your favourite combination. The programmed setting can be started via the Home Connect app or directly on the display with one step. Combine for example the Extra Dry option to the Eco 50° Program and start the dishwasher with only one touch. Personalized settings that get your dishes done by just one touch.
Info Light in the Door Handle
Info Light shows a light in the door handle when the dishwasher is running. The light turns off when the dishes are ready.
AquaStop
Leak protection is essential for dishwashers. Our AquaStop system delivers fail-safe leak protection. When the sensor detects a leak, the dishwasher automatically stops operating, pumping out water and shuts the separate valve next to the tap. 10-Year Rust-Through Warranty
We take much care of the quality of our dishwashers. The production processes and material used for the interior of our dishwashers allow to provide a special 10-year warranty against the rusting-through of the cavity from the inside (conditions apply).
DosageAssist
The DosageAssist ensures optimal cleaning results and a quieter wash. The detergent drops out the detergent dispenser and into a special tray on the top basket where it gets completely dissolved.
Automatic Programmes
Different loads of washing require different wash settings. Choosing the incorrect programme not only wastes time, but also water and energy. Bosch automatic programmes automatically regulate the water temperature and rinse time during washing to suit the level of soiling and load volume. Tested Hygiene Quality Viruses + Bacteria
Washing at 70°C and above, is confirmed effective for eliminating 99.99999% of bacteria (Enterococcus faecium) and 99.99% of enveloped and non-enveloped viruses (e.g. Murine Parvo (MVM), Corona, Influenza, Noro).
