What to do if I can't find information about a product that I am interested in?

Can I order a product on the phone?

You can order products using the most convenient channel for you - on our internet store, via phone, email or Facebook direct message.

 

How do you decide if I can buy a product with leasing?

In all cases, decision to finance your purchase rests on the leasing service provider to whom your inquiry is sent.

 

How long does product delivery take?

Expected product delivery time is indicated in each product page. For products that we have in the warehouse, shipping usually takes 1-3 working days.

Products that are ordered before 11 o'clock on a working day, are shipped the same day. Products that are ordered after 11 o'clock are shipped the next working day. For example, product ordered on Monday 10 in the morning shall arrive by Wednesday; product ordered on Monday at 15 o'clock shall arrive by Thursday.

 

Where does Novastar.lt deliver goods?

Shipping is available all throughout Lithuania.

 

Can I pick up my order myself?

Yes, you can pick up your order in our pick up point located at Kareivių g. 12, Vilnius if you selected this delivery method during purchase. Pick up point operates Monday - Friday 10:00 - 18:30.

 

Can another person pick up my order?

If you want your order picked up by another person, you have to indicate who will be picking up your order during purchase.

 

How can I get invoice for purchased goods?

Invoice for purchased goods will be sent to your email indicated during purchase as soon as goods have been handed over to you.

 

What to do if delivered parcel is damaged?

You have to leave your notes in the delivery document and draw up a free-form shipment defect act when it has been affixed that the package has been damaged (wrinkled, wet or externally damaged) and / or the package is incorrect.
